Academic Staff
At Mont Rose we have strict staff selection procedures to ensure they have the best qualifications, from internationally renowned universities and most have academic exposure in more than one country – thereby enhancing the global reach of the college. Some lecturers have been in academia all their life while others combine their excellent academic background with work experience as senior managers and other leadership positions in major corporate and public bodies.
The academic team has the capacity and the personality to engage with the students and to establish an effective dialogue that facilitates teaching in a two way process.
